1 /5 Camryn Lampron: I am extremely disappointed with my experience shopping at Arete Style. I purchased a dress there on Monday, November 28th, while their Black Friday sale was still running. I wasnt sure I was going to keep the dress, so I asked the employee working, Mary-Kate, about the return policy BEFORE I purchased the dress. She informed me that I would be able to return the dress for store credit, so I purchased it. Unfortunately, the dress didnt work out, so I went to return it on Wednesday, November 30th. I was then told that they were unable to accept any returns purchased during the Black Friday sale, even though I was told I would be able to return it. I then sent an email to management, and they responded and told me there was nothing they could do about it. I will never wear this dress, and I wouldve much rather exchanged it for something else from the store that I would actually wear. Now I have lost a significant amount of money because of the mistake of an employee. I will never shop here again.
