John Owen No customer skills. Came in office and the older man asked how he could help. I stated by answering your phone and told him we had tried calling 3 to 4 times aweek for a month since Helene and he responded I doubt that. I td him to look at my call log that I opened and he responded you calling me a liar I said you called me one and my call log proves you one. This office is non-existent Do your self a great favor and go somewhere else.
