Toniooo I visited the BB Watkins State Farm Agency last week, and the entire team was very friendly and personable. I appreciated BB greeting me at the door, offering me water, and making me feel welcomed overall. Chasity also was very helpful and provided me with quotes for auto insurance and renters insurance.

Korendo Thomas Had a policy set up with one of there agents , Paid the money thinking that everything was ok and my business was insured . A couple of weeks later received a letter from Nationwide saying my policy was canceled . At no point did the rep or his office contact us to let us know whats going on and I left numerous calls with no answer , After calling corporate then someone picked up and gave me some story but still not good follow up from this company .

He is so helpful and professional and he will tell you exactly what you need for your insurance needs and the average person who is uninformed about insurance needs a professional to help guide and advise and he is always available, he is also available on the weekends by appointment and he readily gives out his cell number which is unheard of!!!
