1 /5 Melanie Bernard: My payment was due on the 7th. Even have a paper saying its due every month on the 7th. I paid it on the 6th. Come to find out my insurance has been cancelled. They will get an earful in the morning!!!!!!

1 /5 Tonya Crane: They charged me for 6 month policy & come to find out less than 2 months later Im getting a bill cuz I was put on a monthly pay. Now its o well. I will see them in small claims court cuz Im a single mom & they have put me in a precarious situation financially.

2 /5 Tiffani Corley: They are almost NEVER there. And never answer the phone. Always late opening up. The receptionist woman; very rude. When you DO finally get any kind of answer youre almost always hanged up on. The owner is a pretty decent guy. Just... impossible to get ahold of them to submit any kind of paperwork or sign any documents. Cancel a policy, etc. Best to just go through the insurance directly.

5 /5 timothy jett: I have had this company many many years and i have to say this is the cheapest company i have found. the young girl who works in the office is very sweet and has found me cheaper rates each renewal. in and out service very fast and professional
