Affordable Insurance - Royston (GA)

1 /5 Brian James: Our car insurance has increased this last year by a good 100 extra every 6 months for both cars with State Farm. I called Affordable in Royston spoke to a very passive aggressive woman. I called this agency in part because of there name....Affordable?...thats an outright lie. The price they quoted me was double my 6 month rate that I have with State Farm ...Absolutely Ridiculous! They claim thats the best rate and it was through Progressive insurance. Ive gotten several quotes today and no other agency has been that high. I even got another quote from a clearinghouse agency that checks several companies like Progressive and got a better rate for the same company. Makes me wonder if the quote had a huge markup so they could pocket the difference.

1 /5 Timberly Addison: Was charged something I did not ask for was told to sign while on phone she would fix it the amount wouldnt even make much difference. Payment went down almost 50 bucks so it did intact matter. They added something legally not necessary onto my account and changed monthly payments but did not credit out of my down payment. So I paid more than I was suppose to never never credited or refunded the extra I was charged I did not want. Do not trust them to correct or do the right thing. They still have not fixed this trying to get tag today and they cannot send me declaration/binder until Monday. Wouldnt recommend. I cannot afford to wait on canceling entire situation and get new insurance so Im stuck in the predicament. Update my mother called and they gave it over email but before hand stated not till Monday I was pulled over no proof of insurance. Stressful. Still no refund on deposit

Ive been with them for years.The agent Melanie Ledbetter is one of the best... shes really good at what she does and explains everything to make sure you understand and is getting the best insurance and it fits your need. Shes a very pleasant person so Ill recommend her to everyone.
