Fernando Ferral I had the pleasure of working with Corri Schofield, and anything I say might be an understatement. I have compared prices with other agencies and I can recommend this agency in that matter, but my experience was not about pricing, my experience with this agent was with an internal problem with my mortgage company and mistakes and misinformation made by that company. Thankfully Corri was able to assist me and guide me through the process with the mortgage company and get the right people on the phone and work on the problem. We spent 2 hours one the phone, and after all that, the least I could do is recognize her patients and professionalism.

She explores multiple options and is very good at explaining the details to people like myself who do not deal with insurance on a daily basis. (My husband who is an attorney and understands this well gives Kayla an A+!) Kayla is easy to talk to and a great listener which makes these complicated decisions easier. She returns calls and emails promptly. We truly appreciate her dedication to her clients, us and were sure many more, for getting us covered! Insurance is not easy to get or keep these days, especially in Florida, and we feel fortunate to have Kayla to help us!
