James Howell Dog water of a company, called to swap insurance from my jeep to my new used dodge nitro, a tiny lil suv..These fools wanted to charge me 100 extra dollars a month. They couldn’t provide me with a reason other than just because. Told the supervisor I spoke to I was just gonna get a different company if they didn’t fix that obvious price gouging, she didn’t seem to care idk she must have really good job security or a lot saved or not own stocks in the company she works for. Anyways I got new insurance and will not be paying my bill for progressive btw my new insurance was 75 dollars less same cars. Eat one progressive!

I recently had to switch my policy, and it couldn’t have been easier. Sonja had found me the best policy for the best price in a matter of minutes. I had been with my previous car insurance company for 11 years but vehicle changes caused my rates to go way up so I decided to shop around and someone gave me Brianas card. Im glad they did! She made the whole process super smooth and her awesome personality shines through her exceptional customer service. And most importantly, she was able to get me a way better rate than my previous company did!
