Doug Dagenais Hello, my name is Doug and I wanted to share a couple of thoughts with you. This comes from a slightly different viewpoint than normal. I am not a client, however I am an outside vendor who services sensitive information for Insight. I have daily dealings with multiple branches for Insight as well as their competitors. Everyone is quick to offer up a harsh word or two if something isn’t perfect, but as a society we need to get back to offering a kind word when deserved. That’s what I’m here to do.
