5 /5 Pat Cobb: I have been banking at this branch for about six years. I have several accounts as I was a VA fiduciary. I am currently in the process of reconciling and closing my clients accounts. Every one has been very helpful at Wells Fargo. Great customer service.

1 /5 Dawn Tucker: Terrible customer service at this branch! When you place a hold on someones deposit with no explanation, the last thing you expect is some snarky response by Brooke of "I can give you check back and you can go somewhere else." Save yourself the headache and use another bank!

5 /5 Mitchell Fleece: Great branch, I have been coming here from Lake City for years now. The tellers always welcome you as you come in the door and the bankers are more than willing to help with any issues. I dont agree with the previous comment- I have been in to see Travis multiple times while he helped me with my IRA, with a power of attorney I have over my mother, and to set up a savings account for my baby girl. He was knowledgeable and took his time to answer all of my questions each time I came by the branch. This is a good bank with people who will listen and truly care!

1 /5 Tom Bosquez: Called to get quarters since the Loves truck stop would not exchange for quarters either. Called before showed up figured as a member of Wells Fargo (but from out of town) would have. I only need 5$ in quarters to dry clothes. Who ever answered phone said no, only to business accounts. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for years never like y’all. This is just another excuse to change banks if not will to help someone who has been banking with y’all for years . Poor customer service, will take my money elsewhere

1 /5 Chelsea Steven: Do not go to this bank. The employees are extremely rude and treat you as if you are less than and a bother to them for doing their jobs. I’ve never been so disrespected by an individual by trying to deposit my money. The women in the drive through have horrible attitudes and either think they are better than everyone or are just miserable. Do yourself a favor and take your business to Country Federal. The employees know how to speak to people.
