America Perez 1st time going and we were in and out, didnt even have to take a seat before our number was called. The lady who helped us was really nice and explained everything. We got there a little after 9:30 and left before 10:00. My new favorite spot lol.

As soon as I arrived I opened an account and have never looked back, because no matter which branch I have visited the customer service is unfailingly friendly, helpful and reliable. Geraldo Bandel Mrs. Willard and her staff, Mr Kyle, Ms Betty, secretarial personnel, are all awesome. Down to earth people, very knowledgeable. They make difficult stuff easy and digestible for you. I am an ER physician from Clewiston hospital, I always prepare my own taxes until this year when I got stuck with complex issues, 1099s, and so forth. They all made it easy for me. There is one thing that puzzles me up, I think they undercharged me somehow. I may need to pass by drop some pizzas on them. A wonderful experience, seriously!
