Raleigh n Crystal Hamrick Carl Parnell and his processor Susan Green are absolutely amazing at what they do. My husband and I were able to purchase our first home with their help. They had extensive knowledge of programs available to us as first-time home owners. They were wonderful to deal with and very professional and quick to answer any questions that we had. I would recommend their team to anyone needing a loan to purchase a home. Our realtor Jacob Orange, with The Legends of Real Estate, was also fantastic. He had our best interest in mind. And knew exactly what we would be able to see what we would be able to get. And what to offer us.

Ive had several transactions with Meredith and Ive never had to worry about any details getting overlooked, and all of my customers loved working with her.

Joel Hynes Definitely my least favorite Truist bank location. Other Truists have always been a positive experience. However, at this one I was told that in order to withdraw a certain amount of cash, I had to wait for a branch manager, who was on lunch for 45 minutes. The teller (Francesca) also sighed and scolded me several times because I didnt want to pay for a cashiers check and was withdrawing cash which "is a hassle". She seemed annoyed that I wanted cash, and then I heard the wait 45 minutes line. I assume based on the reviews that after the wait I would probably be told by the manager that I just couldnt withdraw that today. Truist, do yourselves a favor and close this branch before they give a bad name to the entire brand. Or at the very least, completely overhaul the management and rework the branch culture. Until then, Ill stick with the branches that are better!

Thomas A (Jahmakean) NEW Location !! Ok, let me start by saying that Mary Beth and her staff are all superstars. They will take the time and patience to resolve any issues that you may have with your taxes. I have been a client for over 12 years and would not trust anyone else to handle my taxes. On many occasions they would ask for additional information or documents that I would not have thought about, their thoroughness to make sure all essential documents are submitted is beyond any other person that I entrusted with my taxes. I have not lived in Key West for about 10 years but consistently and easily submit and sign all documents with ease. Thank you guys.
