stephanie morale My mother passed away March 14th 2024 and my brother hasnt spoken to me in 4 years he is poa and executer --the last 3 months have been unfair and for a lack of words very sneaky I have no idea as a beneficiary what is going on for lack of communication from the Executer..moms assets and finacial statements are for me to see and neithe glenn or raymond james are cooperating with my requests.. and I want to know why I cant n get any information from the executer or Raymond James manager and Dan her financial advisor..Its my legal right to get all financial statements as a beneficiary so why does a executer get away with this ? no communication its his job to keep me informed..if he is not acting responsibly in his role as executer he needs to be removed- also raymond james will not give me the statements either..i was told my brother has to give them to me but how does that happen when he doesnt communicate ..I am reaching out to all on this review to make all aware of lack of professionalism from all parties and want opinions..thank you..

Kelly McPherson Everyone at this location is always very welcoming and super helpful! Recently I had an issue and had to go in....I thought getting the problem solved would take so much longer than it did but Casey Murdock was very fast, solved the problem with no other issues, answered all my questions thoroughly and even pulled out some blocks she had for my son to play with while we handled the issue. My son was super happy, I was beyond happy...... Couldnt ask for a better experience!!!

MV-angel61 Wow people are rude but I love this bank. Im happy that I dont have to go all the way to Jacksonville to our bank and I have a local bank i can deposit checks and cash. frieda romanchuk N&L Wealth Builders: Nick and his super staff are about the client’s needs first. Since becoming clients about a year ago, we have attended various ‘client functions. Nick does some educational reviews and updates, we socialize with other clients, and we have some fabulous meals. Sometimes we drop by the office for reasons other than an appointment with Nick. We are recognized immediately upon entering the office by the staff. If Nick doesn’t have an appointment at the time, he comes out to say “Hi!” The office location is convenient to where we live AND we have options depending upon JAX interstate conditions! The ‘client events’ are at various locations so we attend the ones that again are most convenient. Nick is well worth listening to.
