Lori Lechner I spoke with Jennifer today. She was super friendly and very helpful with my questions, as well as providing me details of my account. I have been working with this company for 13 months and have settled 3 of my accounts at the simplest of ease on my part. We are working on getting account #4 settled and maybe another one added. But, as I said, Jennifer assisted me with ease and made it worth the 20 min hold time! I would recommend this company for anyone trying to get credit card debt settled.

Ten days and 4 phone calls call center misinforms client I would assume in a scheme to hang onto your money as long as humanly possible. I feel grossly undeserved and I cant wait to be rid of this cause many I have contacted the attorney General and will now contact the better business bureau. Pull your money now they will take months to pay out. Run far and fast
