1 /5 James Coker: What a poor branch. A reflection of a poor company. Once Truist took over SunTrust, our savings account was closed with thousands of dollars in it. We called corporate, who transferred us to the fraud department, who transferred us to this branch who did not take our call at first. Eventually they did, but insisted that we come in face to face, which isnt easily done when youre out of town (Indiana).
If you have your money here, be prepared for it to be inaccessible, and without a notice. Be prepared to not have access to quality, timely, or competent customer service. Be prepared to switch banks.
Our only recourse is to have our attorney involved to resolve this issue.
