I hope that upper management takes time to look at these reviews and do something about the long-term staffing situation here. The bank manager was already on a conference call when I arrived at ~9:30. Only one other staff member was there to help with things unrelated to the main desk, where people were at the drive-through etc., and they were already assisting a couple. After over half an hour I got up to ask the tellers if the manager was still on their conference call which they then confirmed. These are normal banking hours. It was now after 10:00. They should have more staff available or avoid having important staff members tied up on conference calls while their clients are left waiting. They could do conference calls in the early morning before the bank is open to clients or at the end of the day when clients are not needing to be served. The poor customer service is unacceptable.
