sean thomas I have been a customer for only 6 months. I have called and emailed Kaitlyn Sheffield a few times with CrawfordvilleFL office. This ladys professionalism and customer interactions are amazing!! When I have talked to her, she is always happy and willing to assist over the phone. She has told me shed look into questions and would call me back. She always calls me back on same day. I emailed her around the holidays and got her out of office reply. She replied to my email her first day back to work after her time off. Thank you for everything Ms. Sheffield.

John Rolfe I have had numerous contacts with this companys customer service agents. They are condescending and rude but notably ignorant of SEC and other major compliance laws. They make rollovers nearly impossible or outright lie saying its not allowed. Cities and towns that sign up with Bencor do not have the better interests of their employees as their goal. I urge any municipal employee to seriously question their HR Department about the research they carried out in selecting US Bencor. Chances are they did none and just put the contract out for bid.Thats no way to select a quality financial institution.

Bill Rhinehart The local office is great but the main office in Missouri wouldnt return my calls! My mother passed away recently and trying to get a Statement of her account is like pulling teeth!
