After taking our paperwork to the Post Office for a overnight package, we returned to the bank and met Roger who signed us up as members. Joanne I went to the office on Beville in south Daytona. The young lady who helped me was amazing! She was very good about explaining the process to me. She did all she could to help me with my situation. I had a cut in my income as my husband passed just 1 month before and was having problems paying my bill. She helped me with a new payment and an opportunity to catch up on my due payments. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with struggling financially.

Naomi Tucker I want you all to know, my first impression of this company was "Horrible!" But I quickly changed that reasoning, - Heres what happened: "The company I bought my Mini Cooper from had turned over their accounts to, "Mid Atlantic Finance Company." When I received notice, I called myself being proactive and mailed my payment due by the 5th, on the 31st so, my bill would be paid early. Instead, I began to get all these A-I generated calls about a late payment, knowing I made my payment in advance. I simply, - dont do late charges! To make a long story short those constant (A-I), calls got on my last nerve! To resolve the matter. I called and spoke to several reps who in turn connected me to a supervisor. Before it was resolved I cancelled my check and paid by card. On two different occasions I spoke to an Account Manager named, "Anyissa," who took good care of me in a timely, courteous and professional manner. During the conversation, I was able to make her smile when I complimented her on her beautiful name..... What makes me so happy is my car is almost paid for and I thank God for that! Remember: "When you call any company to get information or help with a issue, - - "Be Patient, - Friendly and Courteous!" And if possible, - "Say something positive that might just put a smile instead of a frown on the Reps face." A good conversation is always better, - than a Bad one.
