Susan Winkler I found the people working at this location to be very accommodating, understand my needs, willing to help with options at a rate I can afford. If there is some issue, they handle it right away. The manager was my loan officer and explained the process thoroughly. If she was not available, any of the other agents knew of me and could answer my questions. This office makes you feel that you are important to them and gives you proper guidance in your decision making.

Trevor Wilson Mr. Eppes is absolutely fantastic to work with! He always takes the time to make sure he is understanding what your goals are and will explain how you can get there through different avenues. His website is one of the best for consolidating all of your information in one place, and it has tools for you to hypothetically plan out different scenarios. 11/10 would recommend!

Additionally besides being so professional they were also beyond helpful employees, we were very fortunate enough to get Jessica A, who was exceptional in assisting us thru the process so seamlessly. They will take the time and patience to resolve any issues that you may have with your taxes. I have been a client for over 12 years and would not trust anyone else to handle my taxes. On many occasions they would ask for additional information or documents that I would not have thought about, their thoroughness to make sure all essential documents are submitted is beyond any other person that I entrusted with my taxes.
