Jacob Right off the bat Corey and Isabella were so incredibly helpful and made me feel immediately welcome walking in, Victoria and Ms.Kathy made it incredibly easy and fast to get a new card as well as get me my first secured card, best banking experience I have ever had! if I could I would give 6 stars!

Chauncelor Howell Tenaya Moulton (VP Banking Center Manager) and her staff without reservation are awesome. Put simply, they are the epitome and textbook example of "Customer Service!"

Jen Aguilar Popped in yesterday because we needed something notarized. We bank online and havent used the lobby in years. Greeted quickly and very politely, but then had to wait over 30 min for 1 stamp because we watched the only notary in the building take a new client to set up a new acct. Everyone knew we were there for 1 stamp. Our interaction with her was very pleasant, but literally 2 min. Manager directing clients had a man who only spoke Portuguese come in- he was determined to get him to leave several times by giving him a card with a phone number to call. The man dug his heals in and used a translator app. All he needed was help logging into a new devise and eventually figured it out. Great staff for the most part! Could use some common sense in directive traffic with only 1 notary on staff. And be kind to those who just need an extra minute of your time.

Brendan Tate Most of the bad reviews are people that didnt qualify or didnt like the fact that they were given health insurance for free and needed more. This place is wonderful. The staff may come off a bit stern, but they have to be QUICK and they see SO MANY PEOPLE in a single day. They truly are wonderful people that work there, they are just busy! I will say that there can be long wait times (because, again, tons of people), so I HIGHLY SUGGEST setting an appointment for as early as you can get (I believe around 8AM) so you can get in quick.
