1 /5 Duong Pham: Had us come in 5-6 times, driving back and fourth because they required more documents each time, and wouldn’t accept documents and had us get them again. Terrible service, laughed at us when we asked if there was any other way so that we don’t have to keep coming back. Seems like they don’t care about the elderly trying to apply for healthcare driving back and fourth each day for an hour just to only get denied because of “insufficient documents” needed to get healthcare.
