What stands out most is his excellent customer service. Hes always been incredibly responsive and helpful, whether I had questions about my policy, needed to make changes, or just sought advice. 5 /5 Eleanore Miller: I worked with Ms. Neyvis Nunez, who is a wonderful professional. We moved back to the US a year ago after working and living in a tiny island country for over 9 years. When I needed a new car but couldn’t drive it out of the dealership uninsured, Neyvis got me fantastic coverage for a great price so I was able to get my car out the minute it was prepped. When I finally needed home insurance on a first floor condo after we had basically hurricane-proofed our home, she again came through for us that same day. She has worked with me through my computer illiteracy with patience and kindness.
