They did a complete bait and switch and then wanted me to jump through hoops to Get my money back when they should not have even charged my card and they’re trying to hold me to a contract that I didn’t sign. I was getting a quote and was going to purchase insurance. The agent who I spoke with said that he needed the names of everybody in the house over the age of 15. Naturally, I give them my son‘s name because he is 16. He said that he was gonna make him an excluded driver. I immediately told him that was not something I was interested in and that he did not need to be excluded because I have to teach him how to drive The agent said OK gave me a And I agreed upon the amount for that quote He said he needed my card information and he was setting up auto payment Naturally, I’m going to do that and as I’m reading over the Contract he was rushing me as if he did not want me to read it. Of course he still made my son an excluded driver when I expressed that that was not And as I was reading over the contract, he ran my credit card And charged me now the company wants me to jump through hoops To get my money back when I don’t even have a contract with them. They were in my car prior to me signing it, and when I try to rectify the situation about my son being Excluded as a covered driver, they tried to charge me over twice the amount nearly $400. That’s utterly absurd. What was done was clearly a bait and switch completely illegal and then have the audacity to treat me as if I did something wrong and I was the one to blame. Do not do business with this company if they’re so dishonest from the jump, they’re going to continue to be dishonest throughout your dealings with them.
