Philip Honzik David Deacon is a champ. Stellar service, even for Auto. Ive been looking to shave some monthly costs and looked around a bit. I understand auto isnt necessarily a high-dollar value for agencies, but the other agencies I spoke to didnt really treat me like a person. This place was different. I could tell David cared and that he knows his stuff. We even talked a little baseball. My rate ended up being $17/month less than the next cheapest option with equal coverage and a lower deductible!

Martin Media Great to deal with and very fast. Called one of their competitors first, spoke with them once, tried twice to get a returned call to get coverage and never got it. Should have called A&C first.

Dylan Johnson I have been with state farm for 15 years and this is the worst agent Ive ever had. They are never in office and never respond to my messages or pick up phone calls. They forward to customer support at 1pm on a Friday claiming I am calling during out of office hours. Sometimes it takes me weeks to get a hold of this office and get the help I need from them. They denied the insurance coverage I have for one of my vehicles to the DMV but still ltske my money every month and then wont pick up the phone to discuss why that is. Beware of this office.
