1 /5 Rebekkah Edlund: They are never in the office. They dont answer the phone. They dont read emails. Emailed them (after calling and dropping by to no avail) to cancel my policy after it jumped $100 a month for no reason. 2 weeks later its still not cancelled, so Im paying for 2 insurance companies. So frustrating. Find a different agent.

2 /5 Dylan Johnson: I have been with state farm for 15 years and this is the worst agent Ive ever had. They are never in office and never respond to my messages or pick up phone calls. They forward to customer support at 1pm on a Friday claiming I am calling during out of office hours. Sometimes it takes me weeks to get a hold of this office and get the help I need from them. They denied the insurance coverage I have for one of my vehicles to the DMV but still ltske my money every month and then wont pick up the phone to discuss why that is. Beware of this office.

1 /5 River Lea: Run far away from this company. They will increase your policy without consent ... happened to me twice. Also, when you switch insurance companies, they will report you for driving without insurance, and youre license will be suspended without any warning. The staff tried to say, We didnt get thw email from the other insurance company." Please. Someone didnt do their job at State Farm. Ive had no issues with car insurance companies until I was with this State Farm. Stay away from this branch.

1 /5 Hunter B: Cost us a lot of money because they did not get updated inspection/report after roof was replaced. And they NEVER answer the phone.

1 /5 Ray J Henriquez: If you’re looking for service with State Farm I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this particular agent. Returns no phone calls or emails after countless attempts. I’ve forwarded emails to the assistant Sussie and no response. Glad I moved my policy. Thanks for making it an easy decision during the renewal period, Chris and Sussie!
