1 /5 Erin Shields: You can only attend zoom meetings to get a hold of these people and if youre a few minutes late they will drop you off the waiting list right away and youll have to reschedule your appointment. Terrible service.

1 /5 Tracy Benefield: I had an appointment at 930 in there new office they just moved into, walked in and there was nowhere to sit due to atleast 60 people was waiting ,every chair was full. The lady at front desk says there running behind.. my concern is why or even how could or would you schedule that many people for an interview before 930 am? Thats ridiculous! There were elder people having to stand up and wait 5 hours + to be seen. I ask since theres nowhere to sit would I be ok to wait in my car and them call me when Im up for my appointment, it would take me all of 20 seconds to be back inside for my interview. No , we dont do that she replied. So why would you schedule this many people at the same time? Im sure I will not get a answer for this message but I really think they could do alot better with there scheduling. If I could give negative stars Id give them -10 out of 10 and beyond!

1 /5 Hunter: I’ve waited 2 weeks for a zoom appointment with Danielle about UF screwing up my financial aid and then I finally get the appointment and no one answers the zoom call. Unbelievably unprofessional and unacceptable of the department for their students who depend on their service for rent and food.

1 /5 P Davis: Lowest level of customer service. Incorrect info, long wait times on phone or email, poor communication.
