1 /5 William Shelby: As with most places dealing with small loans, there are a ton of Hoops to jump through. But, this place is very unprofessional. They have people training and accepting information that have no idea what to do with it. I went down there personally approved for a loan and when I got there the terms of the loan were totally different from what they explain to me on the phone. To the point where the interest rate was going to be 20 + percent. Thats ridiculous. Not to mention they were missing a couple of things, which I was able to pull off of my phone, but those things should have been given prior to the appointment. I just declined and walked out. Made sure to take my copy of my drivers license with me as I left. Do not use this establishment. Not sure about all of these locations but the one on 9 Mile seems really shady.

5 /5 Shana Ullrich: I have been using One Main for years. They gave me a loan when no other place would, and I have bought two cars using them. Daine & Joshua have always been wonderful and I thank them for all their help! Their app is very easy to use as well. Will be back in the future for more of my financial needs! Thanks again!!

5 /5 Anais Ron: I took a personal loan with One Main a few years ago in Alabama and the experience was great. I needed another personal loan here in Pensacola and decided to apply online. Again, the service did not disappoint. First of all, my rep Hector, was amazing, treated me like a family member. The loan processed and funded super quick. Hector explained all items and options in detail, gave me different options for the loan as well, excellent customer service.

2 /5 Mark J: This review is for OneMain, in general, not the employees at the location specified. While OneMain did provide a much needed loan to help us, which we very much appreciate, we do not feel that we would ever do business with them again. They call repeatedly for payments before due dates. They even called my wifes work number after we had asked them not too. When we decided to just pay off the loan to be rid of them, we logged in to check the payoff amount. We could not find it, so we called for help with the website. The local office did not know how to do this, so they gave us a 1-800 number to call. I called, waited on hold for about 30 minutes. The representative wanted to first verify my account info and identity, even after I told her that Im not seeking any account specific information, and I only wanted to know how to access the payoff amount on the website. After trying to argue with me for several minutes, she finally told me that they dont allow customers to view their payoff amount. WHAT?!?!!? What could possibly be the reason for denying customers access to their payoff amount?

5 /5 Christina Harger: Ive been a long time customer and have had nothing but an amazing experience with springleaf. Dane is absolutely the best! She knows her business and she is quick and easy. In and out no hassle, just how I like it. Thanks again for many good years.
