They have helped me convert my business from sole proprietor to S Corp and have made me aware of the benefits of doing so. I have had several questions along the way and Meghan has been very responsive and has always taken the time to answer my questions to my understanding. As a Realtor®, it has been difficult for me to maintain my bookkeeping throughout the year and burdensome come tax time, that is until I started working with Northrop Financial Group. Angela Logan Reached out to this company after reading a great review on Reddit. Was able to speak with a LIVE person and not asked to give any personal information. Several texts and a phone call with Scott, who was kind and thorough in explaining options for an RV loan. Appreciated he was not interested in "selling" to me but rather interested in helping me find the best loan for me. I would definitely call them again if in the market for a loan. They certainly have the customer at the forefront. Even the LIVE receptionist was a sweetheart!!

Ken D The tellers are nice, but this branch is useless. The team leader Magdi, Is useless. He has no authority to make any decisions yet will imply that he can help you. This bank is horrible. The back office can place holds on accounts. There is nothing the branch can do even though Magdi will tell you he will try to help. I would rather a cardboard cut out behind a desk, than to have a “person” with no authority lying to me with a pleasant tone.

Andy has a great way of explaining everything in a way that you truly know what’s being done with your funds and you can tell that they care about getting you to where you want to be.
