5 /5 Sylvia Wulf: Before I even moved to Florida I researched local banks , specifically customer satisfaction ratings. Brannen got the highest ratings I could find. As soon as I arrived I opened an account and have never looked back, because no matter which branch I have visited the customer service is unfailingly friendly, helpful and reliable. They take care of their customers!

1 /5 Ken Allen: I went to buy a Christmas gift on-line for my daughter using my debit card. The website would not process my order and did not recognize my card. A few minutes later I got a text message from Brannen asking me to verify it was me making the purchase. Security is one thing, but not allowing me to make a purchase until Brannen approves it is crossing the line. Update - I read Brannens policy and it states they reserve the right to deny any purchase and deactivate your debit card at any time citing potential fraud. So when you make a purchase its basically a coin toss if Brannen will allow it. My card is useless at this point until I ask Brannen to allow me to make a purchase. Closing my account ASAP
