Emma Blunk I came to this bank this morning in hopes to find a new bank. I just closed my account at my old bank today due to service and how confusing the accounts are. I was greeted with friendly faces and had Celest Cook help me. She was very kind and very informative and helpful. I told her my issues with my old bank and she reassured me that I will not have to worry about those issues at Regions. She got me to the right bank account I needed and even informed me about a credit building card that Ive been needing for so long now. She was greate and Ill make sure to ask for her anytime I come in or call.

Rhonda Babcock and Palm Bay Road location: The people that work here are very nice. My ONLY complaint for this location is the ATM service. Many of us rely on the convenience of the ATM as we cant get to the bank during their regular operating hours, thats why ATM function is so vitally important for alot of us. I rely ALOT on the "deposit" function. Cant use it 80% of the time though if you get off later from your job. I had a conversation with one of the associates over the phone because it was very frustrating for me after numerous TRIPS trying to make a deposit later in the day. She stated that its because of businesses that do many night deposit "drops" which in turn, shuts down the "cash deposit function". It only allows "check" deposits at this point. One positive about their ATM function is (when its accessible), you can take out quite a bit of money in one transaction and the Lobby opens up for several hours on Saturday.
