1 /5 Brenda Rosario: Worst customer service ever. Was on line for 20 minutes the 2 teller at the front taking care of the same customer having 3 more in line after 20 minutes I decided to leave, beside the other personnel that works there talking about their holidays instead to go upfront and help.

1 /5 Rebecca Fenaughty: Do not open an account with Truist. Our experience was marked by inconsistent service, unexplained check rejections, and long holds on funds. After escalating issues with their customer support which the branch staff wouldn’t resolve, we chose to close our account. It’s not worth the stress.

1 /5 Kevin Jeffcoat: Make sure you read the fine print, they will tell you anything to get your business. I’ve called so many times and had a credit of $12 dollars added twice when I was advised that I had to go into the office and ask for credit. When I came in the conversation and what’s in writing is completely different. Then to get an attitude telling me I know I told you a year ago, why would I sign up for a program that doesn’t work and allow charges to continue. Beware!

5 /5 Juana Portela: I really dont know why the bad reviews. This branch is practically new because it was BB&T at another location. Ive been there with tellers and with officers/officials (I dont know how you call those whom are in their office) as well and the customer service has been excellent. I understand sometimes there are issues, but it is technologys fault. For example: When Zelle decides to stop working, and when the third party once was taking the money thats been deposited through the ATM outside. Yeah, that was really messed up but is not the banks fault so Im not going to give them a bad review because of Zelle and their third party.
