Mathew P Theyre so great over here at amscot!! They hold a special place in my heart theyve helped me so very much. People talk about the crazy interest rate but really its like twenty to forty bucks to get some cash for a couple few weeks and really its no different than having a really good friend that knows youll pay them back so you throw a little on top. Thank you team, your greatly appreciated! Read some of the other reviews and decided to expand upon my review. These people behind the counter work extremely fast and are very efficient at what they do to be honest. Ive been using amscot and tell ya what Ive NEVER had a bad experience, the staff is friendly and if they ask something of you its because they NEED it to do their job. Theyre not being any kind of way about anything except for following protocol which is their job. To anyone I ask that had a bad experience [ I get everyones not having the best day but remember theres two sides to every story]. How did you act? These people are good right in right out, they handle the lines well, they move them through fast anyways so theres really not much of a line to speak of.

C. Menard Weve very recently switched to Bluedog Services and our Rep Alex #346511 has provided excellent customer service thus far. He has been very thorough at explaining their services and very responsive any time we have contacted him. We feel like weve gained a friend, not just a merchant rep. This has been such a welcoming experience compared to the company we used before whose customer service was lacking in many ways. Cant comment on the rates at this time, as we have not received our first statement yet, but looking forward to the savings we were guaranteed. Thanks Alex!!

Omar Dominguez I had the worst experience at this place. They told me that because Im Latino, they couldnt help me and that I had to manage my investment accounts over the phone. This office was only for white people.

Tammie Burnett I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received here. Michelle the manager and Tiffany her assistant, were very helpful throughout the entire loan process.

Shay Nelson This ATM is out of service in some way (mostly when attempting to deposit cash) more often than it actually is in service. Im leaving Bank of America as a result of their poor customer service which stems from their ATM not working.

Geeky Tracy is always so helpful and patient. She is always happy to walk me through things step by step and answer all of questions. Plus they have lollipops!

Alicia Mitchell Natalie thank you for the very warm welcome. It was a pleasure speaking with you. Natalie was very professional and knowledgeable. Also a big shout out to Jason who initially got me started. He was able to able to answer concerns of mine. I look forward to this journey in putting my debt behind me. Highly recommend this company.
