5 /5 John McNeal: We have used Devin at GeoDev for 20 years since we moved here. He is so easy to talk to and explains things clearly and is extremely patient [we need that!] in his interactions. Great staff. In our opinion, trust and the ability to communicate are the most important goals when selecting a financial advisor. We have both at 100% in Devin.

1 /5 Lori Koutelis: We dropped off our tax paperwork the 1st couple days of April and was told our taxes would be done in 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks of waiting, we checked with them again and was told they would be starting them soon. No phone call with an update, so we called once again. We kept getting put off and never any phone calls with updates. Finally went into the office to pick up the paperwork to take elsewhere to be completed. The woman who waited on us had a rotten attitude and never asked us any questions and just handed us our paperwork with no apologies of the delay. They had been holding our paperwork for 4 months...ridiculous! I would never recommend this company. Horrible customer service.

1 /5 TeSs Bentayou: Third posting Feb 17, 2018: Finally heard back from Devon, got one part of my problem solved. He then billed me for taxes that he never did and now he won’t return my call again. I will never again do business with GeoDev. Amazed and disappointed. I don’t know how anyone in such a small town can do business like this and stay in business. Second posting August 5: I still have not heard back from GeoDev. Will report them to the Better Business Bureau and the IRS if I dont hear back by close of business on Monday. First post August 4th: I have been trying to get Devon, of GeoDev, to call me back since last March. He still has my tax documentation, has not filed my taxes and I cannot get him to call back no matter how often I leave a message. I have now begun to call his office every hour on the hour and I will post a response on this site every day until I get a response from him. - Tess Bentayou (A GeoDev customer for five years).
