Jorge Frank I live in Indiana and use Merrill Lynch. I am looking for a home in Florida and came across the post below while looking at nearby places. I lost a ton of money during the pandemic, but my advisor said to just wait. All the people who pull their money will soon stop, they will loose a ton and then put it right back in and things will get back to normal, I know its hard to do that, I lost $140K was at -23%, but within 5 months was back $230K and +16.5%, so almost 40% change in 5 months, thats crazy. No one would have guessed either of those would have happened. I had just invested my money a few months ago, and thought, I am going to loose it all, but I listened to my advisor thank god. They tell you they dont know the market, because they dont, no one does and if they say they do stay away from them, they are a fraud. They can only base their decisions on history. I have been with Merrill Lynch for almost a year, and have had no issues yet. I have my bank account with Bank of America who owns Merrill Lynch and I like the way they migrate together.

Naomi Tucker I want you all to know, my first impression of this company was "Horrible!" But I quickly changed that reasoning, - Heres what happened: "The company I bought my Mini Cooper from had turned over their accounts to, "Mid Atlantic Finance Company." When I received notice, I called myself being proactive and mailed my payment due by the 5th, on the 31st so, my bill would be paid early. Instead, I began to get all these A-I generated calls about a late payment, knowing I made my payment in advance. I simply, - dont do late charges! To make a long story short those constant (A-I), calls got on my last nerve! To resolve the matter. I called and spoke to several reps who in turn connected me to a supervisor. Before it was resolved I cancelled my check and paid by card. On two different occasions I spoke to an Account Manager named, "Anyissa," who took good care of me in a timely, courteous and professional manner. During the conversation, I was able to make her smile when I complimented her on her beautiful name..... What makes me so happy is my car is almost paid for and I thank God for that! Remember: "When you call any company to get information or help with a issue, - - "Be Patient, - Friendly and Courteous!" And if possible, - "Say something positive that might just put a smile instead of a frown on the Reps face." A good conversation is always better, - than a Bad one.
