Barna Feher Ive been waiting close to six months to receive my spring disbursement, the same thing happened in the fall. Ive gone at least a dozen times in person and was given inconsistent information regarding updates. Twice I was told Id have the money by the end of the week, months ago. I went to the college presidents office and have spoken to student affairs. The updates always promise a resolution in the near future that never comes. Ive now taken multiple finals and I am now halfway through another semester. I just hope it gets disbursed before the summer aid and that I wont have to go through the same thing a third time. I dont feel like the college cares about its students.

They have been exceptional to work and I have a complicated transaction history. They are very personable and proficient. If you want to feel like a bank actually cares about you and your success, I cant think of a better bank, and I deal with about 20 banks on a regular basis.

The biggest advantage is that the store is open late and even on weekends, which makes it accessible for people with busy schedules. The staff were professional, explained the services clearly, and processed my transaction quickly. Fees are clearly posted, but like most financial service providers, they can be on the higher side depending on the service you use. The environment inside was clean, organized, and felt secure, which added to the sense of professionalism. Overall, Amscot is a reliable option if you need fast financial services outside of traditional banking hours.
