1 /5 Nancy A: The service at this bank as dropped to an F rating - since the Sun Trust merged with BB&T they have totally given up on any semblance of assisting customers. Wait time is over 60 minutes when you call and then you get disconnected. When going to the bank in person there could be many folks waiting to be helped. Wait time could not be estimated. Cut off my debit card without notice (over 2K in acct). Time to move on.

1 /5 J Rex: I was with SunTrust for over 15 yrs and never had issues like this before. Triust has stepped back in time 20 yrs. They must have a 5 yoa that programmed their account online system because its never up to date and takes to three business days to balance your account. Even then its wrong and u have to call to get it straight. Since the brought out SunTrust, its been a nightmare each month and never gets resolved. If u care any at all about your money then Im warning u please bank with anyone other then BB&t / triust.

1 /5 Love my Kids: Truist locked my bank card because they dont recognize ssi checks. It takes forever to clear. I called and begged them to unlock my card. No they said come to main bank. They made me fail my college class because I could not pay my phone bill over the phone. Two step verification code couldnt be sent to my phone bill and receive the code. They didnt care their policy is to disrespect customer and cost them $700. I have to take the class again. Because I could not turn in my assignment because i could not pay my phone bill. They locked the card because a reoccurring payment of $25 hair oil from Walmart. It took them 8 hours to clear an ssi direct deposit and I have been banking here almost 5 months. This bank is horrible and I hope it closes soon. Now I have to pay for a ride to the main bank on top of failing my class.

1 /5 Chris McD: Kelly needs to find herself a coal miners job since dealing with people is beneath her. I can not stand this branch in Arcadia. Always some complaints or excuses on why they dont want to do their job. No problems with my other bank Mid Florida, at least they are professional and very helpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE.

1 /5 Juliana Cobb: This place sucks. I went to drop off a check for a friend and waited in the drive through for an hour before anyone even spoke to me. The staff are rude and lazy. I personally bank at Midflorida credit union where I’ve never waited in the drive through for more than 10 minutes. Sun trust SUCKS!
