5 /5 Asheleigh Mulkey: We just recently switched to this local credit union after being with a big branch bank for years. I regret that we didn’t switch sooner!! The service we have received has been phenomenal! Every time we walk in, no matter what teller is at the desk, they greet me by name before I even tell them any info. They respond to messages within minutes and are always so nice. The personal touches they provide is something a big branch bank could never provide. I’m so glad we decided to go with them and I just know we’ll be lifelong customers now!

1 /5 Pedro Infante: Highly unprofessional staff. I just got off the phone trying to get some information about a mutual customer and for that i needed to get the customer on the line. The rep said: "You gotta be quick because I have things to take care of" and I said that I was going to. When i got the customer on the other line and was explaining the reason for the call, the lady with the bank hanged up. I consider this to be extremely unethical and negligent when it comes to business
