Patrick Dwyer I am and have been a customer with Bank of America for a number of years now. Recently, I needed to conduct in person banking at the Bank of America location, located at 105 N. Congress Ave. in the city of Boynton Beach, Florida. At this location, I met with and spoke to the on-duty bank manager, Andrea Velasco. Miss Velasco was extremely polite and professional at all times during our interaction. Miss Velasco was also very knowledgeable and readily able to assist me with what I thought was a complex banking issue. The entire interaction lasted a short time and with Miss Velasco’s assistance, I was able to complete all of my necessary banking business at that time. I feel like Im a member of their own family Mr. Crutchfield watches over my investments as if they were his own he keeps me informed on all of them either by a phone call or written letter. In other banks, they simply asked me to call the service line and there, after a bunch of verification, they began to solve my problem. Everything about this bank is different. If necessary, they themselves call whom they need, but they solve my problem right at the bank.
