1 /5 Ashley O: complete waste of my time! After contacting their corporate office and them informing me that i was lied to not 1 time, but 3!!
I have been a customer less than a month here and I am already closing my account. THANK GOD i didnt transfer my MMA or savings here before Maryann and Nino showed me their true colors. Nino LIED directly to my face. Told me that my card was delivered (NOT TRUE corporate says they have no way of seeing that) told me wednesday 7/16 she would "expedite" my card since the other is lost and it will be there by Monday. assured me MULTIPLE times i would have it Monday. (Corporate says she lied, they do not expedite cards). Nino waited until Monday at 944am. to email me telling me she wont have the card in because i have to pay $30 now. i asked why she didnt call me thurs or friday before i was expecting my card and shes claiming my phone wasnt working because i "didnt pay the bill" LMAO! GIRL ive been investing money since the age of 18 and own 2 businesses. Paying my bills ontime is imperatve!!! funny enough though as soon as i emailed MARYANN PITTMAN about this issue shs was able to call me right away on my cell phone. (the one NINO claims I didnt pay) HAHA (thanks for the laugh girl!)
I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH INCOMPETENCE AND LIARS IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION unless you love wasting your time and being lied to! They Definitely picked the right one to play games with.

For me it is the people in this branch office that make banking here a pleasure. I am always greeted when I walk in this branch and not other offices so kudos to you Dade City for personal service to the customers who choose your branch!
1 /5 Sabrena B: Agree. Dont waste your time with the Truist Dade City branch. Customer service?? They want to get a chance to nickel and dime you, but cant even send a simple fax. Btw? Beware estate accounts. Copies of statements will cost $5.00 per page. I will withdraw my money soon, because who needs a bank that is not helpful? There is too much competition.

1 /5 Katie Noneya: The only thing you can be guaranteed at this location is a long wait. Nino and Marianne are liars. I was told multiple lies by Nino after waiting almost an hour in her office was told she would expedite my debit card never happened. I then call corporate who tells me that they don’t expedite cards. I asked for a call back and I’m only being replied to an email stating that they are trying to call me, but the phone is not going through funny though because Marianne was able to call me right away and so is their corporate office. I will be filing a complaint with the federal regulator as well as the state Attorney General’s office due to this bad business practice. Do NOT trust your money here!
All I was looking for was a place to deposit my business account funds and to withdraw them off of a debit card very simple they couldn’t even assist with that without telling lies
