1 /5 Alfredo De: Folks! Take it from me if you need invoice factoring DO NOT use Riviera Finance because they are experts at deceit! Let me give you a little bit of my experience: They have a Miami office but their main office is in TX. Miami office will do absolutely nothing to help with any issues you might have (I think its there just to claim they have a Miami office) Supposedly they buy the invoices without recourse (not true at all) If your customer does not pay timely neither will you! My customer stopped paying them for a while so they suspended my account claimed I broke the contract and then kept my money for the supposed breach. Contract with them is for 9 months (beware of automatic renewal clause) Contract gives them the right to own even the invoices they DO NOT BUY or any collateral you might own!! They have an attorney in CA that will tell you that one has to file in Texas. We signed the contract in FL but you must go to Texas to file suit. According to the agreement FL law rules - (you go figure) You are signing as a guarantor even if you are a corporation. And lots more! If you ever have a question about them please don’t hesitate to write and I’ll be happy to assist.
