Toni Abraira Jo was amazing! It was very busy this Sunday morning an Jo was alone behind the counter. However, she was quick, kind & courteous! As she helped three people at a time, no one felt frustrated or ignored. As this was my first time there, even with computer issues, Jo was able to go above & beyond to help me and exceeded my expectations. I really cannot recommend this store enough!!

Verearchela Malcolm The bank manager came out spoke to one client only while the line was outside of the door he did not one thing to move the line the one teller that was there was helping the same one client that the bank manager spoke to for over an hour which she was still helping after I left. The other teller came off of her lunch break yo help move the line. Awful as a banking institution especially .

Doug Dagenais Hello, my name is Doug and I wanted to share a couple of thoughts with you. This comes from a slightly different viewpoint than normal. I am not a client, however I am an outside vendor who services sensitive information for Insight. I have daily dealings with multiple branches for Insight as well as their competitors. Everyone is quick to offer up a harsh word or two if something isn’t perfect, but as a society we need to get back to offering a kind word when deserved. That’s what I’m here to do. The Insight branch located at 501 Currency Circle in Lake Mary has within its walls some of the nicest ladies that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Always smiling, always positive which makes taken care of them as a client an absolute joy! Thank you for allowing me to share an opinion.

Joana Goff I just wanted to give a huge thank you and shout out to Brittany and Catie for not only letting me know I left my phone at the bank, coming back and staying after hours to make sure I got it back that day. That could only happen in a small town and shows the values that these two ladies have and carry in to their jobs to make sure their customers are taken care of. Thank you ladies! Ashley W I spoke with Miss Erin Mullen about a loan and I felt she was very rude. Maybe it was me because I’m a first time home buyer, however her attitude was enough to make me go with a different company with a higher interest rate than home side.
