1 /5 Mary: Thomas the manager here was extremely condescending when I called to advise I had made the partial payment I had discussed with two people prior. He accused me of lying about what I had been advised. He became harsh when I was reasonably upset and escalated the situation unnecessarily with his need to put me in my place. He told me he would send the request for a deferred payment in and contact me back in a couple of days. That never happened proving he was the liar in our situation.

5 /5 Joseph Flynn: I just had the greatest experience while borrowing money in my lifetime. Mr. Enrique guided me through the process and did not try to upsell me in anyway. 1 /5 Jennifer Partain: I have been a OneMain customer for less than a year. Everything had been running smoothly until I changed my payment method. I set everything up and was told that payments would proceed as normal but with my new account. The previous account could not be used because no one goes into it, so there is no way money could be taken out. Flash forward to May when they charged my new account AND MY OLD ACCOUNT making 2 payments and over charging my account. I put a dispute on that card. I just got a call saying I would have a late fee, when I am caught up with payments. When I started questioning the lady on the phone, she didnt have an answer to my questions so she pretended like she couldnt hear me and hung up on me with no call back. OneMain needs to get it together and take notes so I do not have to have this conversation with anyone else. Plus there should be no late fee... they should be the ones paying for my overcharge fee.

1 /5 Nalini Bissoondyal: Let’s be clear - The only reason they have one start is because I had to select a star to leave a review!! This branch manager THOMAS is by far the rudest smart mouth you will ever speak with!!! Very unprofessional!! I have used one main for over 5 years!!! I never have had to deal this type of behavior from any of one main employees before speaking with THOMAS!! I have been dealing with him since Thursday 8/15!!! Will not allow me to speak with anyone else I asked multiple times!! I even had my bank reach out to him and was rude to a representative from another bank!!!!!!! Go to another branch do not deal with THOMAS!!! He will make you want to curse him out!!!!
