The 7% gauarenteed compound annual gowth that they say they are currently offering misleads people to believe that is what they will be earning., The is nothing more than a variable annuity rider. A variable annuity is an expensive contract in which one pays additional fees for the riders ad benifits. The 7% interest they are referring to is nothing more than a distibution strategy which will distribute 7% of your principle of actual account value upon distribution. This will not increase the value of your account and you account values will not earn 7% guaranteed interest. These people need not be in this business if this is how they have to mislead people to attend their seminar.
