We visited on vacation and popped in to browse, ultimately buying a gold chain and diamond ring. From our initial interaction with Inere, to later interactions with her and Anthony related to a repair request, the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this shop. My husband worked closely with Mike Stone to custom design my engagement ring and wedding band, and both turned out absolutely perfect. He also designed his own wedding band with Mike, which came out just as amazing. We’ve brought in several pieces for repair over the years, including my grandmother’s sentimental tennis bracelet, and the care and quality have always been outstanding. We recommend this place to everyone. Mike and his team do excellent work and are some of the only people we fully trust with our most meaningful pieces.

The Godmother And her hitmen I love this boutique so much! Her gallery of beautiful things to look at surrounding the amazing options for sale can be a little overwhelming for some people and they want to touch. I was in the other day and a couple was so rude about her clearly posted signs. Show respect and get respect. She is a kind and generous woman with a big heart but sets clear boundaries. Also, while Im here “that’s so expensive” is an inside thought. Her prices are fair and you’re not at a thrift store ;). Support small business in a respectful way.

Westminster Edouard I was charged $200 for an extra link for my bracelet. Instead of actually adding the link, they worked the last link to lengthen it. Furthermore, they had to refund me $300 that was charged on my card as tip.

Lindsay Amick I wish I knew the name of the two women that helped us while we were picking out our wedding bands the day before our wedding, we had really slacked on getting them and didn’t really expect to leave with anything with how close the wedding was. We had hoped to find something our size, but we ended up having even better luck than we anticipated coming to Westchester Gold! The two women who helped us were extremely patient and helpful! They sorted through rings to get our best fit and found the perfect wedding band jacket for my engagement ring! They ended up re-sizing 3 rings, and spent an hour sorting through finding which one my husband wanted. They were excellent with their customer service and they had it ready the next morning in time for our wedding. Perfect sizing, and even shined up!

Zarina Vazquez My urn necklace with my Grandpa inside broke a few months back & Ive been afraid to take it to get repaired because it’s so special to me & i didn’t want it to be damaged beyond repair. But the other day I finally decided to take it in & I found Lemieux, Augustus & Jessica were very kind & Augustus was able to fix my necklace & cleaned it for me free of charge! I can’t express enough how much this means to me. I am eternally grateful to them for giving me my grandpa back around my neck. Thank you both 100000x!!!!
