She was even able to set up out by our pool. We played music and made an unforgettable evening out of this permanent jewelry experience. The best part… Her chains are so beautiful and she had so many options in sterling silver and gold-filled. She was not only detailed but quick during the entire process. My cousin and I got matching gold-filled permanent bracelets. I can’t wait to get more from them one day.

My husband bought a one of a kind tennis bracelet from Robert’s that I loved so much I went in to talk to them about redesigning a ring that had been reset by another jewelry that we bought it from multiple times and was still giving me trouble. I also had some stones from a family heirloom ring I wanted to see if they could incorporate. They did and the ring was transformed into something beyond my expectations! Now it is stunning and also includes cherished family stones! Whether shopping for something new or looking to update a family stone - look no further than Robert’s! Honest Jew These people are some of the most unprofessional in the business. They wanted to charge me $1600 to repair a clasp on a watch that sells on eBay for $1600. They kept me on the hook trying to sell me a n extremely cheap quality leather band with a markup of hundreds as a backup plan for them. They are going to argue on the review that they didn’t, but here I am telling you about it. This went on for almost 2 months with zero effort to contact me back or follow up. Take your business anywhere else. The owner is too old to have every decision run by him. It’s comical how long things linger on, with that policy of 60 days and your jewelry is now ours. I got my stuff back by a week or so. How convenient
