I was provided pictures of the exact product prior to purchase. I would recommend Gluxe for anyone looking for a trusted and reliable place to do business if you are looking for a watch. I can be rough out there in the watch market, but this is 100% the place to go if you don’t want to be taken advantage of. I will certainly be doing business again with Gluxe in the future.

Christopher Michie My wifes engagement ring had a couple of prongs on the diamond that were broken, prompting her to quit wearing it. I took it to a jewler close to where we live to get it fixed, and when we got it back, it honestly looked like I could have done better myself. I found goldsmith after a little searching, and although its a bit of a drive, I decided to give it a try to fix the ring correctly. I am so glad I did. What an incredible difference. The ring looks as good as the day I bought it some 34 years ago. Not only was the setting fixed correctly, but the ring was cleaned and polished to look brand new. I would not hesitate to have anything done here. Very friendly and knowledgeable and does great work. Ill admit it was a little more expensive than the first one who tried, but like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. For the quality of work done, the price was very reasonable to save and restore my wifes ring. It now happily resides on her finger again, and she is thrilled.

Jacob Baez II went to the store and spoke with Frank regarding my Miami Cuban bracelet and necklace. I encountered some issues with the lock clasps, but he was able to efficiently tighten and polish them. I would definitely recommend his services.

Sofia Lawrence I chose Filipi Jewelers based on the reviews listed here, & they did not disappoint. As someone who never really wore any jewelry, I had no idea where to go to resize & restore my grandmothers 1950s wedding/ engagement ring, that I recently inherited. The staff here was very knowledgeable, & gave me a fair price on resizing (from size 6 to 8), replacing a small diamond, tightening the prongs, & polishing this sentimental ring. I can now wear it everyday, keeping my grandmothers memory alive. Thank you Filipi Jewelers!

P. B. If you’re stopping in on the way home, plan on picking up dinner as it’s impossible to walk in and out of this fabulous shoppe. The jewelry designs are beautifully unique and repairs, carefully completed. I’ve had several pieces of my expensive jewelry as well as some favorite simple unique jewelry repaired or resized here, for little cost with excellent outcome.

Professional and courteous he examined each piece and recommended what was needed. I got them back today, ahead of schedule and work was perfect! Clover Jones I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful my experience at this place was. David, Adams, and Andrew truly impressed me with their professionalism and integrity. They were straightforward and worked within my budget. At first, I put my ring on layaway and considered taking it off for a cheaper option. When David asked me why, I explained that my brother had passed away from cancer and I needed to help with funeral expenses. He then asked if this was my first time getting married, and after I said yes, he insisted that I keep the ring and offered to take more off the price so I could afford it. I will definitely recommend this place; it has a clean and friendly atmosphere.
