1 /5 Alyssa M: Wouldn’t waste your time even attempting to get a quote. The office and staffing is incompetent to say the least. Called regarding a quote and was called back to essentially be told there wouldn’t be any coverage for my property. Prior, I was very interested in a quote and was eager to hear the coverage options or if they could cover me at all. Woman on the line was cutting me off before I could finish a sentence, spoke in a condescending manner, and had a “take it or leave it” tone. I was immediately told that I probably wouldn’t get approved and my odds are very low. When asking why she believes they couldn’t insure me I was meant with a rude, dismissive tone saying “you can either send in your documents but I don’t have to go over why our company can’t.” The woman was rude as could be and didn’t seem interested to speak about insuring me or offer any information/coverage about their company. Although the company may not be able to insure the home I called about, I have a secondary property I would have been interested getting information for, and family looking to move locally to be near their grandchildren. I absolutely will not recommend this company to any relatives, neighbors, or friends. There isn’t anything at all I could tell them about what their insurance offers/coverage options, as my only experience is being talked down to by a grouchy, old hag. I would rather spend more in home insurance and have an agency who is WILLING TO HELP AND ASSIST especially when it comes to any needs my home may have in the future. The interaction with whoever they had call me back shows me very clearly how they will treat their clients when they are in a time of need. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Tower Hill, Edison Insurance, AND Avatar Insurance MUCH nicer and was able to handle my request for a quote on home insurance. Truly ANY other insurance company will provide better service than this awful company.
