5 /5 Alex Jenkins: Moving my Medicare Advantage plan to FL Blue with Karen Ballina at SWFL Insurance was the single best decision I made in ALL of 2024. Was diagnosed with cancer in November, immediately before I signed up with them and have impeccable care and attention from all of FL BLUE and their healthcare partner Evelant Health . Ive been provided a Case Mgr, a diabetes educator, someone to help me with my Advanced Directive for my end of life decisions. A palliative care nurse to assist me in handling the chemo side effects. And after one phone consultation, I had an in office appointment with a new therapist scheduled. It has been truly amazing. I was so worried Id have to navigate this cancer journey all alone and I have ALL THE HELP IMAGINABLE. I forgot that their partner Evelant Health even provided me with links for financial assistance and I have recently been approved for financial aid from a private nonprofit organization.
