He went behind my back when he knew I was getting a new home owners insurance policy with another agent and wrote a policy and submitted it to my mortgage company a ridiculously high priced policy for $4645. WHICH I NEVER DISCUSSED, NOR DID I AUTHORIZE! He was rude on the phone to my new insurance agent when he called to get information to write me a new policy. He KNEW I was going with someone else and took it upon himself to write a policy I never knew about until my mortgage company told me it was paid. And that policy was put in place instead of the new one I signed and approved. I highly recommend going with A Arrow Insurance Company and forget Roland Shoff and the Shoff agency. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.
