Being in my 20’s and not knowing how any of this works I never felt like there was a dumb question. They are the only firm I would trust to see me through something as awful as that. After I was hit, I suffered a neck and back injury and I needed back surgery. Had I tried to deal with my insurance company alone ... The surgery never would have happened. I cannot convey how miserable I was before my surgery. However, this law firm came highly recommended by a good of friend of mine. After, my friends referral, Simon the attorney called and text me immediately and he called me and he was very professional, friendly and very knowledge of his field, assuring to give me one and one attention to his clients which in large law firms you might get lost in the shuffle. I felt very confidant he could win my case but my husband did not want to sue and being married it’s a joint decision as I should have talk to him first before doing this on my own which was my mistake. Also, his assistant Ashley was amazing with talking to me, emailing me, setting up appointments and was very professional and very caring about my situation. I would highly recommend this law firm before choosing big law firms. The entire staff and the owner Simon was awesome by far. I would rate them 10 stars and above but only allowed 5 stars.
