1 /5 johnathon horner: Allen and Abary billed me roughly five times what my wife’s attorney charged her. His retainer was 2000 but special case for me was 5000. There are bogus charges such as spending a half hour to look over her witness list. There were no witnesses. Mr. Allen never contacted my ex wife’s legal representative to negotiate anything on my behalf (confirmed) I worked out all the details, then at the arraignment he started “negotiating” so he could charge more(confirmed). The process took 25 minutes his “negotiation” took 3 hours. That tactic resulted additional money for her legal fees. There are reviews that say he’s biased to the women. Based on his “negotiating” I would say is very true. The women seem to think he’s great in their reviews, but they’re creepy and unprofessional innuendos. He also tried to convince me it was better for the state to garnish my wages. I’m guessing he makes a percentage(unconfirmed). He stretched and wrung out every possible cent he could from me. I never felt as though he had my best interest. Janie his paralegal is extremely blunt with a sharp attitude. She makes you feel like you’re some sort of troublesome chore. I wanted to fire him but then I would have to pay some other retainer fee. It was 14000 altogether. My wife spent 2500. She won. You tell me. Shop around this guy is not in it for you. Sorry for the long post hope this saves some of you other dudes my experience.

5 /5 Kimberly Nageon de Lestang: I highly recommend using Allen & Abaray for their legal services! Mr. Abaray did a phenomenal job with so tactfully representing me and fighting on my behalf. He as well as the entire staff were very easy to communicate with and were so helpful. Calling them was the best decision I could have made. I am so grateful for their hard work and because of it an insurance company that would have taken advantage of me without thinking twice and that behaved unethically will now have to take responsibility for their actions. I cannot thank you enough for being a voice for me during this entire time. I really needed it.

This law firm really does get ahead and fights for you. The staff has been more than welcoming and attentive. I would honestly highly recommend going to Allen and Abaray Law for what you need done. They truly treat you like a family member and make you feel like a person instead of like a number in society. Well worth the retaining fee and best money you will ever spend.

He has been sympathetic and provided as much comfort as he could for a father missing his son. After my wife filing false accusations against me through injunctions he came to my rescue and got both of them thrown out. I was hesitant because of some of the reviews her and it just goes to show dont always believe what you read. Our next step is to get me my son back so I can see him smile and jump and say beautiful nonsensical things. I can definately say that God and Jesus was with us in court today and they blessed us with our win. IF YOUR A FATHER AND LOVE YOUR KIDS HIRE WILLIAM ALLEN. **update** wife left the state and has witheld my son for 3 months. I finally got the court order to go get my boy from PA and am now in possession of my boy. Again thank you Mr. Allen you are a rock star!!!
