Melissa Riley I don’t write many reviews, but when I do, I have reason to. I’ll first start by saying I’ve never met a lawyer so honestly forthcoming with information. I first retained him to represent my boyfriend back in 2005. He did as he said he would. The 2nd time, was for a relative. He would not take my money or let me retain him. He was straight forward and told me an attorney was unnecessary. I was a bit nervous, but he was 100% accurate. The 3rd time, was for myself. He had the bogus charges dropped, as promised. The last time I hired him was for a friend just a few months ago. Once again, he did as promised. Randy is an amazing criminal attorney. Those of you that gave him 1 star, shame on you! I’m sure there’s more to the story. He is the only attorney I’ll ever hire, though I’m hoping I won’t need his remarkable services a 5th time. Randy, Amanda, and everyone else in his practice, thank you for all that you do! You are incredible and it does not go unnoticed!

MaryBeth Yard My lawyer was Gillis (Gill) Powell, Jr. He is absolutely the best attorney anywhere. He saved my life when I was facing minimum 30 years in prison. He was able to show that it was not me, and that I was a victim of “Battered Wife Syndrome”. He won my case and there are no words to express what a wonderful lawyer he is and what a great law firm Powell, Powell & Powell Law Firm is, his fantastic assistant (Kellie), Beau, even calling the front desk and speaking with Jennifer was always pleasant. He met with us continuously, stayed in constant communication, worked tirelessly on my case, and responded to all my calls and emails in a timely manner. Mr. Powell stayed honest with me the whole time and didnt feed me a bunch of lies, like some will do. I highly 10 out of 10 recommend their firm if you have a very serious case, as he and his team were the best! I am forever grateful for the time they took out of their lives to help save mine.

He gives you a cell number that he will answer texts and calls to for any confusion or simple questions. My case ended up being dismissed before the pre trial hearing. Thanks Matt!

And she was fantastic. She went above and beyond to get my case done. Was there for every question that I had. Not once did she get mean or aggravated with me. Katelyn Holley I honestly can’t say enough good things about this office! Attorney Dan, Ms. Paula, Ms, Taylor, and the rest of the staff have been so phenomenal throughout this entire process! To put it short, I was in a car accident in October and came to Dan basically feeling completely helpless. I was injured and just didn’t know what to do.
