When I started the process of getting a patent, even though I had done a great deal of research, I really had little understanding of what it takes to apply for a patent. From the beginning Stephen took his time to explain the process, explain possible options I could take, and was always thorough. My accident took place a Friday night and by Saturday morning Kathy already had all my appointments scheduled not just for me but my daughters as well. She kept me updated with everything throughout the entire process. She was always very professional with explaining how everything worked.
